Our Role: Design LEED Administrator
Project Owner: Harper College
HUSARCH is performing LEED Design Administration services for Harper College’s Business and Social Sciences Center anticipating LEED Silver by project completion in 2027. HUSARCH will oversee the LEED process throughout the duration of the project.
We evaluate the impact of project phasing on the sustainability plan and have a firm understanding of available site and regional credits. In collaboration with the design team, we pursue credits in line with the building owner’s requirements while managing compliance, collecting, compiling and submitting required documentation, and guiding project teams on sustainability best practices.
