HUSarchitecture worked as both LEED Design and Construction Administrators for Waters Elementary School. In addition to improvements to the existing school building and site, this project included the construction of an annex containing classrooms, a music room, an art room, and others.

HUSarchitecture provided guidance to the team throughout the project on the requirements for LEED certification. We compiled and organized LEED data and documentation. The project acheived LEED v4 Silver certification in 2021.
