The Hattie Callner Apartment complex is a senior housing facility located near Clark and Belmont in the City of Chicago. HUSarchitecture served as prime architect for general building renovation work and conducted facade inspections in partnership with Altusworks of the building exterior and roof using swingstages.

Additional scope of work includes restoration of facades, roof and storefronts; replacement of in-slab radiant flooring with individual fan coil units; various interior upgrades, and a significant site restoration and storm water retention. HUSarchitecture has offered project management and oversight throughout the design process to meet CHA’s needs.
